Rotogravure Printing


Freelance translator and interpreter for British employees at the Prinovis group’s recently established gravure printing plant in Liverpool (Europe's most modern gravure printing plant). Acted as an interpreter for British employees who were sent to the headquarters in Nuremberg for training courses and continuing education courses given. General tasks: Technical translations and interpreting in all areas encompassing the gravure printing sector, including:
Power plant technology (CHP), supply engineering, galvanics (electroplating), engraving, data operation, cylinder correction, rotogravure presses, press delivery and finishing, solvent recovery system, electrical and mechanical maintenance, paper store, dispatch, health and safety, etc.
 

Interpreting during meetings and on-the-job training /professional training, as well as language support (translating and interpreting) for the supply manager and other members of the German staff who were temporarily assigned to Liverpool to assist during production start-up.
